What data is processed
- Email contact: if you write to me, I process your email address and the content of your message in order to reply and, where relevant, prepare an offer. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
- Booking a call: the booking link opens Google Calendar. Data you enter there is processed by Google under its own privacy policy, and by me in order to hold the meeting.
- Payments: paid sessions are paid by card through Stripe. Card data is processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy and never reaches this website. I receive your name, email address and payment status in order to hold the session and issue an invoice. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
- Visit statistics: the web server writes one line per request without the IP address: time, requested address (including campaign parameters such as
utm_source), status code, the page you came from and the browser identification. I use it to count visits and to see which search engines and AI assistants read the site. Nothing in it identifies you or your device on a later visit. Kept for at most 12 months, not shared. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. - Server logs: the infrastructure in front of the web server may keep standard technical logs (IP address, time, requested address, browser identification) for security and troubleshooting. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
How long data is kept
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting cooperation, and afterwards for the period required by law or needed to establish or defend claims.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (RODO) you have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to processing and receive it in a portable format. To use these rights, write to piotr@piotrbomba.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
