Questions and answers
How much do you charge?
One rate for everything, 215 PLN/h net. A 60 min consultation is 215 PLN. The healthcare app audit is a fixed block of 12 h for 2 580 PLN net. All prices on this site are net.
What is the free 15 min intro call?
A short call before a proof of concept, an MVP, a healthcare app audit or fractional CTO work. We check whether I am the right person and what the next step is. No payment.
How do booking and payment work?
The button opens my calendar and you pick a slot. For a paid session you pay by card in the same step, through Stripe. The slot is yours once the payment goes through. Free intro calls need no payment. After the call you receive an invoice. Details: how booking and refunds work.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 h before the call and you get a full refund. If the session was not worth your money, tell me within 7 days and I refund it in full. If I have to cancel, you choose between a new date and a full refund.
In which languages do you work?
Consultations, audits and training in English or Polish. Course materials and course sessions are in English.
Remote or on site?
Consultations and the audit call happen over video. Training runs on site or remote, with the agenda and length fitted to the team. When the data cannot leave the building, I set up the proof of concept on your own hardware, on site.
Does my data leave my infrastructure in an on-premise LLM proof of concept?
No. The model runs on your hardware under vLLM or Ollama, the MCP tools and RAG work against your own systems and documents, and the evaluation uses your cases. Nothing goes to an outside model provider. Details: on-premise LLM for healthcare.
What does the healthcare app audit cover, and what does it not?
Authentication and access rules, where personal and health data sits and where it flows, encryption in transit and at rest, logging and the audit trail, pseudonymisation and key handling, backups and retention, third-party SDKs, GDPR basics. I read code and configuration and change nothing. It is not a penetration test, not a certification and not a legal opinion.
